Arthur Lemons

Arthur Craig Lemons, 75, of Vinita, passed away at Heartsworth Senior Living Center, in Vinita, on March 8, 2022. He was born September 30, 1946, in Vinita to James and Lorena (Williams) Lemons. On April 20, 1965, Arthur joined to United States Navy and proudly served during the Vietnam War. In 1969 Arthur was discharged and returned to Vinita. He worked in construction finishing concrete and driving truck. He enjoyed meeting and visiting with people and was a very happy man. He enjoyed fishing, especially with his children and grandchildren. Arthur cherished the time he could spend with his family, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Preceding Mr. Lemons in death are his parents James and Lorena Lemons; and his twin children that died at birth. Survivors include his children, Tommy Lemons and wife Sabrina, of Pryor, Ok., Arthur “Artie” Lemons II, of Owasso, Ok; grandchildren, Christopher Harding, Kayla Harding, Daelynn Lemons, Logan Lemons, Serinity Lemons, Bradley Scott, Coy Lemons; a brother, Sam Lemons; a sister, Darlene Johnson; many other relatives and a host of friends.
