Bertha Standeford

Bertha Lea Standeford, 80, passed away January 2, 2010, at the Nowata Care Center in Nowata , Ok. She was born on October 29, 1929 in Oklahoma, the daughter of Jim and Esther (Slape) Smith. On July 4, 1947 she was united in marriage to Amos Standeford in Nowata, Oklahoma. He survives at their home. Bertha had been a homemaker. Other survivors include: Son; Dewey Alan Standeford, Fort Lupton, Colorado, Sister; Betty Corona, Dallas, Texas and Brother; Charles Smith, Nowata, Oklahoma. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be at a later date. Benjamin Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
