Betty Riffel

January 17, 1936 — August 18, 2021

Betty (Martin) Hamilton Riffel of Vinita passed away Wednesday August 18, 2021, at the age of 85. Betty was born January 17, 1936, in Vinita Ok to Hugh and Gladys (Mason) Martin. She married Charles Hamilton August 5th, 1955. Together they had four children. Charles preceded her in death in 1996. She later married David Riffel in 2002. David also preceded her in death in 2020. Betty was a member of the White Oak Baptist Church. She was a hard worker and worked at many different jobs in the Vinita area including Eastern State Hospital, Cinch, First National Bank and Home of Hope.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joann; brother, Hubert and husbands Charles and David.

Betty is survived by her children, Mike and Regina Hamilton, Kevin and Annette Hamilton, Tanya and Jeff Curl, Brenda and Leonard Moorhead, Abe Riffel, Marcy Raska; grandchildren, Justin Hamilton, Nikki Hamilton, Holly Hamilton, Amanda Edgmon, Amy and Brian Barton, Lacey and Michael Deason, Kari and Michael Preston, Nikki MacDonald, Jennifer and Maurice LaPoint, Jeffrey Curl, Chase Moorhead and fiance Amanda Stoops, Mandy Raska; thirteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and brother, Leon Martin.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, August 24, 2021, Fairview Cemetery, Vinita, OK.
