Charles Edwin Goforth, Jr

Charles Edwin Goforth Jr. (Charlie), longtime Vinita area resident, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2025 at home. He was born on May 26, 1958, in Ava, Missouri to Charles and Arlene (McFarlin) Goforth.

Charlie married Doris Mann on July 31, 1998. He worked as a mechanic for Craig County until his retirement.

He is survived by his son, Raymond Goforth and wife Crystal; daughter, Cathrine Mantooth and husband Joshua; brothers, Allen Goforth and wife, LaDonna, Henry Goforth and wife, Kayla; step-daughters, Kristina Ruberstell and husband, Terry, and Skyla Thomas and husband, Houston; grandchildren, Ariana, Chelsea, Andy, Conner, Ace, Isabella, Waylon, Alexis, Brianna, Jesus (Bubba), Isaiah, Kailyn; great-grandchildren, Kora, Aspen, Kayla, and Stetson; and nephews, Jonathan, Dakota, Zac and Parker Goforth.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Goforth; parents, Charles and Arlene Goforth; and younger brother, Johnny Ray Goforth.
