Cherilyn Sue (Sloan) Chase passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 81 in Big Cabin, Oklahoma. She was born on June 9, 1942, in Big Cabin, Oklahoma.
 
 Cherilyn was a dedicated woman with over 60 years of cardiac nursing experience across 5 states. She excelled in various roles, including Cardiac Intensive Care at Barnes Jewish, Cardiac Transplant at LDS Hospital, and Cardiac Cath lab at St Francis. Cherilyn's commitment and expertise earned her the reputation of being "the finest nurse and healthcare professional."

 Cherilyn was described by her loved ones as strong-willed, accomplished, and deeply committed. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend. Cherilyn took great pride in her family, making her farm a magical place for her grandchildren, whom she adored. Her generosity extended beyond her family, as she supported the Humane Society and advocated for the kind treatment of all living beings.
 
 Cherilyn is survived by her husband, Robert Steven Chase, her children Nicole Kelleher (James) and Jason Robinson (April), and stepchildren Loralee Young (Mike), Robb Chase (Allie), Chris Chase (Margaret), her ten grandchildren, and her siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
 
 In honoring Cherilyn's memory, immediate family members are invited to visit her beloved farm on April 13 from noon to 2:00 pm to celebrate her life or by arrangement at a later date. Contributions can be made to the Humane Society or SPCA in her memory. Cherilyn's legacy of compassion and dedication will be cherished by all who knew her.
