Born September 19, 1952 in Tulare, CA to his parents, Noel Gene Beaty & Wanda Sisson. Harlan enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle. He is preceded in death by his father, Noel; his mother, Pauline; brothers Leonard & Ronnie. He is survived by five brothers, Howard, Wesley, Gary, Dennis & Ron; and two sisters, Dorothy & Delores; Uncle Charlie & Aunt Wanda, and many other uncles & aunts; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, and many other loving relatives & a host of friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. No services are planned at this time.
