Judy Taylor

April 19, 1946 — November 21, 2022

Vinita, Oklahoma

Judy Ethel Taylor took her first breath of life on March 19, 1946, in Claremore, Oklahoma as the daughter of Elmer and Charlsie Allen. Judy took flight with the angels on her eternal journey on the night of November 21, 2022. Judy lived in Vinita and was proud to call it home. Judy had a profound love for God and held her faith in our Lord and Savior until her very last breath. We know in good faith Judy has reached her heavenly reward and is reunited with lost loved ones and our Lord and Savior in Heaven rejoicing.

On December 16, 1966, Judy married the love of her life, Walter Taylor and they enjoyed every moment of life together until his passing in 1998. To this union, Judy and Walter were blessed with two wonderful boys John and Randy.

Words do not simply describe the love and compassion Judy showed to all who encountered her. Judy had a profound love for sports and could often be found cheering on her Sooners. Judy had many pass times, but she especially loved to sew, crochet, and work with her hands to create beautiful pieces. You could often find Judy working on a puzzle book as well. Judy loved animals and had a special love for her cats and dogs to which she held near and dear to her heart.

There are not enough words, or spaces to summarize who Judy was. She was an outstanding woman, who had a remarkable love for Christ and loved everyone she will truly be missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Judy was preceded in death by her precious husband, Walter, her parents, and a host of other relatives and friends. Those left to cherish the memories that they will forever hold near and dear to their hearts include, her two sons; John and Randy, two sisters; Barbara and Phillis, and one brother; Eric, as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other friends.
