Michael Medcalf

Michael Chris Medcalf, 65, long-time Langley resident passed from this life into eternal rest with our Lord and Savior with his loving family by his side on the night of May 20, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at St. Francis Hospital.

Mike was born on April 23, 1958, in Gravette, Arkansas, the son of Chris and Mary Medcalf.

Mike was a master carpenter and did work that was so beautiful you would have to see it to believe it. He loved to work with his hands and do woodworking. Mike could often be found on his motorcycle, enjoying the wind on his face. Mike had a profound love for the outdoors; and everything related to being outside and enjoying all of God’s creations. Most importantly, Mike loved time with his wife, Kathy and his family.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents: Chris and Mary.

Those left to cherish the memory of a wonderful man include: his wife of the home, Kathy; one son: Vince; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

The family has entrusted Mr. Medcalf’s love, care, and final wishes to the loving staff of the Luginbuel Funeral Home.
