Rebecca Ellen Cattarusa

Rebecca Ellen Cattarusa, 72-year-old Spavinaw resident, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025, at Integris Grove Medical Center surrounded by family. She was born on May 6, 1953, in Stockton, California to Frank and Annie (Scott) Cattarusa.

Becky, as she was known by friends and family, worked for many years as a caregiver in Edna Lee’s Residential Care facility until her retirement. A true caregiver at heart, she also loved animals and was known to take in any stray, giving them a loving home. She was a very generous person and loved helping others. Becky also had a great since of humor and an outgoing personality.

Becky is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Goforth of Spavinaw and Alysia Cattarusa of Tahlequah; grandchildren Halie and Corbin Jobe of Strang; sister, Yolonda Lemons of Ketchum; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends; all who loved her and will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Rick Telitz.

A private family service will be held a later date.
