Robert Harry Jenkins

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Harry Jenkins, lovingly known as “Biker Bob,” who departed this life on August 6, 2025, at the age of 79. Bob was born on July 15, 1946, in Gary, Indiana, to Roy M. Jenkins and Julia Jenkins, who preceded him in death. After a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure, he leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and unwavering devotion to his family and friends.

Bob’s life was marked by service, dedication, and hard work. He proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Prairie (AD-15) from 1964 to 1966, earning the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for his service in Vietnam. After his military service, he built a successful career as a construction foreman, later retiring from VVEC.

A proud member of the American Legion in Spavinaw, Oklahoma, Bob forged friendships that lasted a lifetime. He was a man of many interests, but nothing brought him more joy than time with his family. He adored his daughter Charlotte Graham and her husband Jay Graham. His granddaughters Madalyn, Bentleigh, Lynzie, and Kenna, along with Kenna’s husband Dayton Brown, were the lights of his life. Bob was also blessed with a great-grandson, Kreed Brown.

Bob’s personality was as vibrant as his passions — stubborn, funny, and endlessly caring. With a huge heart and a brutally honest demeanor, he wore his love openly, calling every woman “Baby Girl.” His stories — always told as if brand new — brought laughter to every gathering. He had a playful habit of greeting friends with the blast of an air horn, making sure they knew he saw them. And if you were looking for him at Pickles Bar, you knew exactly where to find him — always in his same spot, sipping a Dr Pepper, ready to swap a story or share a laugh.

In his free time, Bob could be found riding his Harley Davidson Trike, hunting and fishing, or watching hunting shows and America’s Got Talent. But his greatest pride was seeing his family grow and thrive.

Bob is survived by his beloved daughter Charlotte, her husband Jay, his granddaughters Madalyn, Bentleigh, Lynzie, and Kenna and her husband Dayton Brown, as well as his great-grandson Kreed. He also leaves behind a wide circle of friends whom he loved as family, each carrying a piece of his spirit.

As we remember Biker Bob, we take comfort in knowing his legacy of love, resilience, and friendship will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
